2green chillies
1tblspn fresh coriander
2tomatoes
1tspn red chilli powder
Pinchmustard powder
1tblspn coriander powder
1tspn cumin
Salt acc to taste
2 tblspnOil

Cut potatoes soaked in water

Make paste of onion green chilli coriander n ginger

Grind tomatoes

In pan add oil n remaining spices stir fry then add potatoes n all grinded paste 1 by 1

Cook till potatoes become tender
