Steps

Heat a potjie with oil. Fry the chopped onions and minced garlic. Once brown remove from pot.

Add oil and brown the chicken pieces. Once the chicken is brown add the fried onions and garlic back

Add and mix the brown onion soup, cream of chicken soups and 4 cups of water.

Add potatoes and carrots.

Cook for 3 hours.

Add baby marrows and patty pans.
- 7
Add mushrooms 30mins later and cook for a further 30mins.

Serve over rice or barley.
