I improved a recipe that my aunt taught me. I changed the American cups into grams.

The main point is to use chilled butter. And don't mix it too much!
I use very very finely shredded cheddar cheese.
You can either use finely minced fresh parsley or dried parsley. Recipe by Chiiizcake

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 150 gramsPancake mix
  2. 30 gramsButter or margarine
  3. 50 gramsCheddar cheese
  4. 90 mlMilk
  5. 1 dashGarlic powder
  6. [To Finish]
  7. 10 gramsButter or margarine
  8. 1/4 tspGarlic powder
  9. 1/4 tspParsley (Minced or dried)
  10. 1 pinchSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Combine the pancake mix and chilled butter in a bowl. Mix until there are still some lumps of butter.

    Add the cheddar cheese, milk, and garlic powder.

  4. 4

    Stir around and around with a spoon until everything is mixed together. But don't mix it too much.

    Portion the batter onto a parchment lined or greased baking tray using a spoon.

    Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the surfaces have turned golden brown.

    While the biscuits are baking, melt the finishing butter in a small bowl. Stir in the other finishing ingredients.

    Spread the mixture over the baked biscuits.
