Boil 3cups of water, add cumin seeds,caromseeds, hing, green chillies, chopped ginger, chopped coriander leaves, let water boil for 5minutes after adding the masalas

When water changes in colour add in salt,add in rice flour slowly, keep stirring continuously to avoid any lumps, lower the flame cover the lid, cook for 5 minutes

For tempering heat up a pan add ghee, add chopped garlic saute it till light brown,now add pav bhaji masala, stir it turn off the flame

Dish out khichu in to a serving plate, give it a good shape and pour over tempering..its done..enjoy your delicious masala khichu...
