Pressure cook all vegetables with 2 whistle and allow to cool

Take a large Pan,add oil and butter add onion and saute it then add tomato and cook for some time when tomato are cooked add capsicum and saute for something add all masala, salt and mix it properly and then add boiled vegetables and mash it with masher and add water it needed and adjust the consistency of bhaji

Cook bhaji for something and then garnish with fresh coriander and top it with butter.enjoy bhaji with. Masala butter pav.serve with onion and lemon.
