Finely chop the Japanese leek.

Mix the flour and soy milk together. Once well mixed, add the miso, mayonnaise, and chopped leek.

Chop the atsuage into easy-to-eat pieces, and line them up in a casserole dish.

Pour the sauce from Step 2 over the atsuage and then top with cheese.

Bake in the oven until the cheese has browned and it's done.
