Ingredients

10-30 mins
3-4 portions
  1. 1 tbspbutter
  2. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped mushroom
  4. 3 tbspflour (gf or regular)
  5. 1 cupchicken broth
  6. 2 tspthyme, sage, or basil (flavor pending your tastes)
  7. 1/2 cupcream (or milk)
  8. pinchpepper
  9. 2 pinchessalt

Cooking Instructions

10-30 mins
  1. 1

    In a saucepan, sautee the onions and mushrooms in the butter

  2. 2

    In a separate container combine all other ingredients and whisk until well blended (no clumps of flour)

  3. 3

    Combine mixture with your sauteed veggies and prepare to stir! Adjust the heat to prevent scorching on the bottom and stir until desired thickness is achieved.
