Today I made tasty crispy Potatoes Peels fry in Bengali Style. It's in Bengali Style serve with Dal Bhat. It's also served with tomato sauce or any deeps.

Today I made tasty crispy Potatoes Peels fry in Bengali Style. It's in Bengali Style serve with Dal Bhat. It's also served with tomato sauce or any deeps.
Steps

First wash the potatoes nicely then peel off with the peeler, peel them slightly thicker than normal. And wash again plenty of water to remove excess starch.

Take a bowl add potatoes peels, salt, turmeric powder, poppy seeds, nigella seeds (kalo jeere), green chilli chopped, mustard oil, rice flour, maida and mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadai add peels mixture and deep fry in medium heat until it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Now sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot with tomato sauce.
In Bengali Style serve with dal rice also. - 6
