I came up with this as an appetizer plate for snacking on with beer.

Steps

Slice the chikuwa thinly at an angle.

Finely cut the green onions.

Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mince the flesh with a knife.
- 4
Combine all of the ◎ ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Add the chikuwa, toss until even, then it's done.
- 6
Arrange on a plate and garnish with katsuobushi.
