Ingredients

30-45mins
4 people
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 2 tbssugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Milk
  • Capsicums yellow, red
  • Corn maize half cup
  • 2eggs
  • Oil for frying

Steps

30-45mins
  1. 1

    Cut capsicums and fry them for a minute on a pan

  2. 2

    Boil corn maize and mix with capsicums and put aside

  3. 3

    Make pancake dough mix all ingredients

  4. 4

    Mix the veggies (capsicums mix) in the pancake mix

  5. 5

    Cook your pancakes and serve with fried bacon
