Usually gelatin is a product which is used very seldom and is lying in our kitchen cabinet. So thought of utilizing it by making 2 layered chocolate mousse

Steps

In a bowl soak 1 tsp gelatin with 50 ml water and let it bloom for 10 minutes

Crush digestive biscuits with a rolling pin

Add melted butter to biscuits and mix well

Now press biscuits firmly in a glass base and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Now prepare white chocolate layer. Mix 150g chocolate with 1/2 cup cream.

Put it in a microwave oven for 30 seconds or until melted

Dissolve the already soaked gelatin over low heat

Add this gelatin to the chocolate mixture

Separately whip 2/3 cups of whipping cream until peaks form

Add the chocolate mixture to this cream and mix well

Pour in the prepared biscuit base glass and refrigerate for 1 hour

Repeat the same steps for milk chocolate

Dust some cocoa powder on top
