2nd time trying to make samosas. Tried this after seeing a simpler way of making pockets from pikachakula.com .

Mix flour, salt and water to make dough. Set aside.

Put minced meat in a pan and cook for 10 mins or until well cooked

Add salt, curry powder and onions, cook for 1 min and turn heat off

Divide your dough into six balls. Roll into small circles. Spread each with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle flour.

Place the circular dough on top of each other separating with oil and flour.

Spread to around 1cm thick. Place on pan and cook both sides for around 4 mins for each side.

Make a sealing paste "glue" using 2 table spoons flour and water.

Cut the cooked into quaters. Take each piece and form a pocket using wheat flour paste.

Fill pockets and seal using paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add the samosas. Deepfry until golden brown. Swrve as desired.
