28 oztomato sauce
1 tbspsplenda
1/4 cupdehydrated onion
1 tspturmeric
1/4 cupchopped parsley
1/4 cupyellow prepared mustard
1/4 tspsalt
1/3 tspground black pepper
1 tspgranulated garlic powder
1/2 tspmarjoram
2 tbspvinegar, I used coconut vinegar
1 cupwater
1/4 cupbutter

Steps

Boil the chicken 7 minutes in water

Add tomato sauce, spices, vinegar, and butter. I mixed everything but vinegar and butter in the can of tomato sauce.

Simmer to let thicken 25 minutes.
