Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gmscabbage
  • 1capsicum
  • 1carrot
  • 1big onion
  • 7-8garlic pods chopped
  • 1small piece ginger
  • 4 tbspcorn flour
  • Halfcup maida or as required
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • as required Garlic, ginger paste
  • As required Oil
  • As per taste Salt
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 3 tspred chilli sauce
  • 2 tspcornflour (for slurry)

Steps

    Make small balls. If required add more cornflour & maida. Then deep fry balls in hot oil.

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil, chopped garlic then add onion, capsicum, carrot. Saute for a minute. Then add soya sauce, chili sauce.

  3. 3

    In a bowl take cornflour add water & make a slurry of it. Put this slurry into the pan and stir continuously. When the Manchurian sauce becomes thick add fried Manchurian balls & mix them well.

  4. 4

    Serve cabbage Manchurian with fried rice or noodles or you can eat as it is.
