Pot me oil add kar k onion ko light brown kar laen phir is me whole spices and ginger garlic paste add krien..achy se mix karien...thn add tomato with haldi and garam masala and other spice..and imli....cook until tomato becomes soft..and oil separate ho jae

Now add chana achy se bhunai kar laen now add achaar mix well..then add yogurt...yogurt ka pani dry kar k pani add kar daen...

Pani boil hony lagy to to rice and green chilli add kar daen..jab rice ka pani dry ho jae to thora sa food colour add kar kar k rice ko dum lagadaen 10 minutes ka

Now it's ready to eat..serve it with dahi boondi or mint raita as you like
