  • 1 bunchamaranth leaves
  • 1french onion
  • 1 spoonchicken powder

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and cut ingredients as show in the photo.

    Stirfry the french onion until soft then toss in the amaranth leaves. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add 1 spoon of chicken powder with a bit of water in the bowl, stir then add into the stirfry. Done and ready to serve.
