Ingredients

  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cuporange fresh juice
  • pinchturmeric powder
  • 2 tsp tutti frutti
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 1/2 cupmilkmaid

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve all-purpose flour,milk powder,baking powder, baking soda.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add oil,curd,zest milkmaid turmeric powder and mix it.

  3. 3

    Mix both dry and wet ingredients, tutti fruity,add enough orange juice to make ribbon forming consistency.

  4. 4

    Line cake mould with butter paper pour the batter.

  5. 5

    Preheat kadai keep the mould and bake for 30-40min. Cool a while then cut in pieces and enjoy
