Every time we visit an Asian supermarket, my husband picks up a box of pork stomach, and I suggest getting two! Since cleaning pork stomach is quite a task, I prefer to clean and prepare two at once. This way, I can freeze one for later, making it quick and easy to cook when we want it!

Ingredients

15 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  1. 1/3cooked pork stomach
  2. 4 clovesgarlic
  3. 1red chili pepper
  4. 6asparagus spears
  5. 4small red & orange sweet peppers
  6. 2 tablespoonswater
  7. 1 tablespoonavocado oil
  8. Seasonings:
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1 tablespoonrice wine
  11. 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  12. 1/8 teaspoonwhite pepper

Cooking Instructions

    1) Prepare and clean the ingredients. Slice the garlic, cut the red chili pepper into small pieces, and slice the red & orange sweet peppers into strips. Set aside.
    2) Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and cut diagonally. Slice the cooked pork stomach into strips and set aside.

    1) Heat avocado oil in a frying pan. Once hot, add the garlic slices and red & orange sweet peppers. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    2) Add the pork stomach and stir-fry over medium-low heat for another 3 minutes.
    3) Finally, add the blanched asparagus and all the seasonings. Stir-fry until everything is well mixed, and it's ready to serve.
