Stir-Fried Pork Stomach with Asparagus and Sweet Peppers

Every time we visit an Asian supermarket, my husband picks up a box of pork stomach, and I suggest getting two! Since cleaning pork stomach is quite a task, I prefer to clean and prepare two at once. This way, I can freeze one for later, making it quick and easy to cook when we want it!
Stir-Fried Pork Stomach with Asparagus and Sweet Peppers

Cooking Instructions

1) Prepare and clean the ingredients. Slice the garlic, cut the red chili pepper into small pieces, and slice the red & orange sweet peppers into strips. Set aside.
2) Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and cut diagonally. Slice the cooked pork stomach into strips and set aside. - 2
1) Heat avocado oil in a frying pan. Once hot, add the garlic slices and red & orange sweet peppers. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
2) Add the pork stomach and stir-fry over medium-low heat for another 3 minutes.
3) Finally, add the blanched asparagus and all the seasonings. Stir-fry until everything is well mixed, and it's ready to serve. - 3
Serve and enjoy!
