As we all know that pavbhaji is very famous street food in Mumbai Maharashtra. But now a days its very famous in other states or cities also.
Cooking Instructions

Chop Potatoes, bottle gourd, brinjal, cabbage and take it in pressure cooker. Pressure cook it. Strain vegetables and keep access water aside.

Coursley churn green peas in mixture and keep aside.

Now heat 2 spoon oil in kadai and add cumin seeds. Let it crack.

Now add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Let it saute.

Now add chopped onion saute it till become soft. Now add tomato and let it be soft. Add salt, 1 spoon pavbhaji masala, 1 spoon red chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder.

Add green peas and saute it. Now mesh all pressure cook vegetables and add in kadai.

Completely mesh it. Add some butter. Add vagetable stock as required and or as thickness you need. Let it cook on law flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Now sprinkle reaming pavbhaji masala and red chilli powder. In another pan let hot remain oil. Now pour it in kadai. Sprinkle coriander leaves and butter.

Roast bun with butter or oil on hot tawa.

Let's serve bhaji and pav.
