Easy Dry fry matumbo
Warning: this will be finger licking good.
Steps

Thoroughly clean snd boil the matumbo for 1.5 hrs

Drain the water completely

In a flat pan, add a little cooking oil and let the matumbo fry in medium heat. Stir occasionally. Let them fry till brown

When they start turning brown, add the onions and stir

Add garlic after 2 mins

Add the royco cubes, oyster sauce and soy sauce and keep stiring
- 7
It should be ready after a few minutes

Serve with ugali and greens.
