  • 3 tbsbutter
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsporegano powder
  • 1green onion (green part)
  • 1 tbsfreshly crushed garlic

    Wash and cut the potatoes into thick wedges.I didn't remove the skin if you don't like then remove....

    Now boil these potatoes

    Now heat butter in a pan add in garlic cook for few minutes
