Cook the meat with oregano, salt, and garlic until the meat is well cooked.

In a pan, melt the butter and before it finishes melting, add the flour (roux).

When it looks cooked like marzipan, remove from the pan and set aside.

In the pan, add the milk and the onion pique. (You can season with salt and pepper at this point.)

Before the milk starts to boil, remove the onion pique and add the roux, stirring until it thickens.

Fry the ribs only on the top and bottom.

Serve and enjoy.
