Green Smoothie for Breakfast

I heard that it's really good for your health to have just fruit for breakfast, but I though to add in vegetables which are also so good for you and came up with this smoothie that is really easy to drink.
This recipe produces a large amount, so you'll feel full until lunchtime if you have this for breakfast.
If it's too thick to drink, add some more water.
If you'd like it a bit sweeter, add some honey.
For kids, it's easier to drink if you reduce the amount of spinach and increase the amount of banana. Recipe by Kaborin

Cooking Instructions

Remove the roots from the spinach, wash clean and chop into pieces.

Peel the banana, orange and kiwi, and cut into bite sized pieces.

Put the orange, kiwi, banana, spinach and water into a mixer in that order, and switch it on.
- 4
Blend well, then pour it into a glass to finish.
