Ingredients prepare

Grate the Almonds then cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes in pan (dry fry)

Now add butter and cook for another 5 minutes on low flame

Add dry milk in this step and turn off the flame. mix well

Mix sugar in 3/4 cup water and cook to make sheera (2 min)
- 6
Pour sheera in Almond mixture and mix with spatula without flame
- 7
Now cook the mixture on low medium flame until it leave the pan and cooked perfectly

Pour the Halwa in dishes and leave for 5-6 hours or overnight then cut into pieces and save in airtight jar for one week 👍🏻😊
