Take out Stems from Mushrooms then clean with wet paper towel DO NOT WASH IN SINK it will make mushroom absorb water and be mushy

Next step is to lightly drizzle olive oil on underside of mushroom. Then pinch of Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning.

Next turn on grill to about 300 to 350 degrees then put mushrooms on bottom rack top side down so seasoning doesn't fall into grill. Wait until Mushrooms are partially cooked then turn them over to cook seasons side until edges look dark brown and slightly wilted that's how you know they are cooked.

Next put Seasoned side of mushrooms with Tomato/Basil Sauce homemade or store bought on top about 2 tablespoons worth. Then finely shred cheese and spread on top to cover sauce because who doesn't like cheese.

Garnish with your favorite pizza topping such as Pepperoni, Olives, Jalapeño etc. then put back into grill to melt and brown delicious Mozzarella Cheese. Then be ready to be amazed at delicious Portobello Mushroom Pizza. Sprinkle with crushed peppers.
