Get your pot add water allow it to boil add your beans and little potash, cook for 30 minutes

Get your pot add palm oil, vegetable oil and place on the fire cut your onions into the pot allow to fry a bit, get your pounded tatashe, pepper and garlic and stir gently, allow it for like 2 minutes then add your curry

After it gets fried add a little water depending on the quantity of your rice, allow the water to boil add your reason and salt, then you add your parboiled rice, add your parboiled beans and stir gently, while stirring don't stir till the bottom of the pot to avoid it from been getting burnt, allow it to cook and serve with your chicken
