Vermicelli Upma
Steps

Add oil or ghee in kadai and roast vermicelli for 5mn. Chop onions and green chillies. Take 2tbs oil in kadai add groundnuts and saute. Then add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and cumin seeds. Saute till turn golden.

Add onions and chillies saute till onions are soft. Add 6 cups water. Bring it to boil. Add salt and add vermicelli. Let it cook till it is cooked. Best is cover and reduce flame. In 5min it will be cooked.
