  • Boiled mbaazi/pegion peas
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Coconut milk or water

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your ingredients

    Fry onions until golden brown or translucent before adding in the ginger and garlic paste

    Add in tomatoes and salt let it cook for a minute and add in the boiled pegion peas

    Add in some water or coconut milk and let it cook for a few minutes before serving with an accompaniment of your choice
