Merinate chicken for 15 minutes than deep fry to golden, don't over fry. Take out n keep aside

Prepare sauce
Heat oil and fry red button chillies till dark maroon, take out and keep aside. - 3
In 1 tbsp oil Fry roast peanuts and takeout.

Now add ginger garlic n fry it to brownish colour, now add vegetables, fried chicken and fry

Add chilli oil chicken stock when boil comes add cornflour slurry and cook till sauce thickens add peanuts

It's ready yummy and tasty enjoy with fried rice
