Ingredients

30-40 min
4-5 servings
  • Marinate chicken
  • 500-750 gmsChicken cubes
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspCorn flour
  • 2 tbspAll-purpose flour
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbspGinger Garlic crushed
  • 8_10 Red button chillies
  • 2 tbspVinegar
  • 2 tbspdark Soy sauce
  • 2 tbspVinegar
  • 2 tspsugar
  • Chilli oil
  • 2 glassChicken Stock
    Chicken Stock
  • 2-3 tbspCorn flour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbspchicken powder
  • 1/2 cupPeanuts roasted
  • 1/4 cupcarrots cubes
  • 1/4capsicum cubed cut
  • 1onion cubed
  • 1/2 cupGreen onions chopped

Steps

30-40 min
  1. 1

    Merinate chicken for 15 minutes than deep fry to golden, don't over fry. Take out n keep aside

    Prepare sauce
    Heat oil and fry red button chillies till dark maroon, take out and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In 1 tbsp oil Fry roast peanuts and takeout.

  4. 4

    Now add ginger garlic n fry it to brownish colour, now add vegetables, fried chicken and fry

  5. 5

    Add chilli oil chicken stock when boil comes add cornflour slurry and cook till sauce thickens add peanuts
