Made it once from leftover Zuccini, turend out to be simple yet delicious!

Cut the zucchini and carrot in small slices, about 3mm thick, put it in a small cooking pot

Put 1 table spoon of curry powder, a teaspoon of Italian spices mix and a hinge of pepper on top of the vegetables

Cut 1 glove of garlic in really really small pieces and press down on it with a spoon or knife, add it to the pot

Add approx 500ml of water to the pot and let it boil for about 30 minutes

Add the uncooked noodles, while cooking them stir them up so it doest stick together. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
