Low-Calorie & Easy Shirataki Cream Pasta

I wanted to eat some cream pasta, but it has so many calories... so then I found some shirataki! I didn't even add any butter or heavy cream.

I just added katakuriko because I'm lazy, but you can make katakuriko slurry to get rid of the lumps...
If you want to lower the amount of calories, use chicken breasts and remove the skin. Recipe by Chidorin@723

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 bagShirataki noodles (the type that doesn't need to be blanched)
  • 5leaves Cabbage
  • 1/2Chicken
  • 250 mlMilk
  • 1 tbspKatakuriko (if using katakuriko slurry, dissolve in 2 Tbsp of water)
  • 1Consomme soup stock cube
  • 1Salt and pepper
  • 1Dried parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the shirataki and microwave at 500 W for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, roughly chop the cabbage and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    Cook the chicken in a small pot.

    Once cooked through, add the cabbage and cook until the cabbage becomes transparent.

    Add the katakuriko and cook until no longer floury.

    Add the milk, shirataki, and consomme cube. Season with salt and pepper.

    Garnish with dried parsley and pepper for fragrance, and it's done!
