[Low-carb] Easy Mashed Potato-style Okara

During my low-carb diet I had some okara and thought that it tasted like a potato, so I tried making this.

Stir continuously once the heat is turned on so that it doesn't burn. Adjust the amount of soy milk based on the amount of moisture in the okara. Mix it together until it becomes your preferred thickness. Recipe by OSADA

Optionally season with pepper and it's done. It's of course a great side dish to any meat menu, and it also tastes rice replacer when having curry.
