Ingredients

  1. 1bundle Pasta
  2. 1 tbspOlive oil
  3. 1 cloveGarlic (minced)
  4. 1*Egg yolk
  5. 1 tbsp*Lemon juice
  6. 1 tbsp*Parmesan cheese
  7. 1 dash*Salt and pepper
  8. 1 pieceGinger

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the pasta in salted water for 1 minute less than instructed on the package. Combine the * ingredients in a bowl.

    Slowly cook the garlic in oil in the frying pan over low heat.

  3. 3

    Add the pasta and 1 ladleful of the pasta water to the frying pan. Shake the pan to emulsify the soup with the oil.

    Add in the * soup. Lastly, top with grated ginger and enjoy.
