Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 6-8idlis (overnight leftovers are the best for this)
  2. 8-10tsp Chings schezwan chutney (or as required)
  3. 4tsp butter
  4. 1Cheese cube (grated) for garnishing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the idlis in small bite sized pieces.

  2. 2

    In a pan, add butter n let it melt

  3. 3

    Add the schezwan chutney n mix well.

  4. 4

    Add the idli pieces to the pan and mix thoroughly so that all the idli pieces are covered with chutney.

  5. 5

    Remove in a dish n garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
