Masala paneer

It's my mom's special...which she used to prepare after her hectic government professional engagement....This was her menu once a week...n it was Thursday special...She used to prepare many a paneer items,but it was my love The best part is ...it was hussel free cooking...not like today's cooking... ....n looks gud ..n I used to love it with Fulka....Such lovely memories associated with the dish I share with you....hope you will feel the love and share some dish of your past days n share such dish n experience...n memory associated with it ...so let's get started....

Add oil to the pan...add jeera,haldi, add onion slices,once light golden add ground masala paste,add kasoori methi n fry till oil oozes out..then add salt n mirchi powder,

Add tomato puree n cover the lid,allow it simmer on low flame....

Let the consistency b bit thick....add paneer n green chillies...allow it to b masala coated...add warm water one cup...n bring it to gravy mode...add chopped coriander....
