Pasta with Broccoli and Provolone

Drizzle a little olive oil over the bottom of a large pot and add a garlic clove to sauté. Add the broccoli and cook.

Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook your preferred type of pasta.

Take some of the cooked broccoli and add a small amount of olive oil. Use a food processor to blend it into a creamy sauce.

Drain the pasta and mix it with the broccoli cream. Finely grate some provolone cheese over it and stir to make the broccoli sauce flavorful. Add the remaining broccoli, and for a gourmet touch, use a mandoline to julienne more provolone cheese on top.
