Okara is great for health and for skin It's standard to cook it with a sweet and savoury seasonings, but I wanted to try it with other tastes, so I tried turning it into ketchup rice It can be a side-dish, or use it in place of chicken rice when having omurice. I recommend adding mayonnaise or butter.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gramsOkara
  2. 1/4Minced onion
  3. 1total 50 grams Minced carrot, green pepper, kerneled corn, mushrooms, etc.
  4. 2Sliced wiener sausages or chopped bacon
  5. 30 grams☆Ketchup
  6. 2 grams☆Salt
  7. 50 ml☆Water
  8. 5 grams☆Mayonnaise or butter (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the ingredients on the list, from the okara to the vegetables, into a silicone steamer with a lid and microwave for 3 minutes.

    Combine the ☆ ingredients and add to Step 1. Mix it together well. Scatter on the wieners and microwave for 3 - 3.5 minutes.

    Cook to your desired degree of doneness.

    Use as an omurice filling instead of rice!
