Ingredients

40 mins
1 medium sized cereal jar
  • 300 gPorridge oats
  • 100 gSourdough discard
  • 65 gMaple syrup
  • 60 gOlive oil
  • 2 tablespoonsMelted butter(unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons(or more if preferred) Brown sugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 teaspoonsCinnamon powder
  • Dried fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 170c. Line an oven tray with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Spread the mixture thinly on the parchment paper then scatter the nuts and seeds on top. Bake for about 35mins until crispy, roughly stirring halfway through.

  4. 4

    Let the granola cool down completely before adding any dried fruit. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
