In a pressure cooker put chole salt hadi tealeave bag laung 2pc Elaichi dalchini tejpata add water as required.cook for 2 whistle or till soft

Prepare tomato puree and keep it aside

Make onion paste now

Heat oil put jeera add onion paste ginger garlic chilli paste cook for few minutes add tomato puree and all masala and cook for few minutes.

Add chole and imli paste and cook for 5 min or till gravy is thick

Chole is ready to serve

Garnish with coriander leaves lemon wedges green chilli

Serve with bhature or puri or hot steamed rice
