Vegetables Masala Khichdi With Pomogranate Curd

Wash Dal and Rice.
Soak for 1/2hr. - 2
Heat ghee. In a cooker.Crackle Cumin seeds Mustard seeds asafoetida and curry leaves. Saute ginger garlic paste and peanuts.
Now add all vegetables saute for a min.
Add soaked rice and dal. Mix it well. Add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala and sugar. Saute for a min. And add 3cup of water. Make 3-4whistle.
Turn of flame. Allow it to cool. And open the lid ADD chopped coriander. Mix it well. - 3
For Pomogranate Curd:-Take a curd in a bowl. Churn beetroot and Add pomogranate juice. Mix it well.Curd is ready. Mix salt and sugar powder.

Tasty healthy Vegetables. Masala Khichdi is ready to serve.Serve with pomogranate curd.
