It was Saturday evening, thinking of Sundays breakfast knowing fully well I wasn't boxed up. I equally knew it will be bread. Bread this day is big money ooo🙈🙈🙈🙈. The laziness in me jumped out, as I rushed to the kitchen to do the needful. ( Am always lazy making bread, the kneading is my problem). Thank God there was power supply. Yam pounder to the rescue not my mixer again.

Cooking Instructions

Cook 100g flour and 100ml water on low heat for few minute, while stirring continuously. Turn off heat.
Allow to cool for minimum of 1 hour.
Before preparing the real dough for bread - 2
Add flour, sugar, yeast and milk together in a bowl and mix well add water and mix together

Add dough enhancer I.e Step 1

Take to a flour table and knead for 20 min. Add margerine and continue kneading till dough becomes stretchy.
Using a mixer or any other means like me.
Place dough into the mixing bowl and mix for 8-10 minute depending on speed. Stop to check at interval as you add the margarine. - 5
Apply margerine and flour to bread pan

Cut dough into desire sizes. Mine is 150g each. Roll and form a shape according to pan

Allow to rest till it double in size.

Bake on moderate it. I steam Bake.

Apply butter/margarine as you remove from oven.

Enjoy with hot beverage.
