Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. Coriander
  3. 1 teaspoonSalt
  4. 2Royco cubes
  5. 2 tbspTomatoes paste
  6. 20 mlVegetables oil
  7. 1carrot
  8. 1 cupchopped frenchbeans
  9. 1&1/2 onion
  10. 500 gsoya Chunks
  11. 2big tomatos
  12. 1 tspgarlic paste
  13. 4 cupswater
  14. Some chili

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients.
    Wash the soya chunks with warm water
    Chop the carrots, frenchbeans and slice the extra tomato and onion.

    Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic paste and sautee until brownish.

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomato and 2 royco cubes and stir, reduce the heat, cover and cook until soft.

  4. 4

    Add soya chunks, tomato paste and stir.

  5. 5

    Add frenchbeans, carrots then stir together, cooked over low heat for 5 minutes, add coriander and chili. Cook for another 2 minutes.

    For rice.
    In a separate shallow pot add water bring to boil, add salt and cooking oil stir then add on your ready clean rice and stir. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until all water has evaporated and rice is soft.

  7. 7

    Serve while hot.
    Enjoy.
