    Plaas vleis in n groot kastrol met olyfolie en braai, gooi fyngekapte uie by en braai verder.

    Voel sout en peper by na smaak

    Gooi 1 koppie rooiwyn by, dit kan meer ook wees. Kook op lae hitte

    Gooi blikkie tamatie Puree by asook 1 blokkie lam aftreksel (250ml vloeistof)

    Gooi 3 teelepels Kerrie by, asook 3 teelepels borrie.
    Gooi ster anys, Lourierblare en Kardemon by.

    Gooi nou jou aartappel blokkies en wortels by

    Gooi nou jou Appelkooskonfyt by

  8. 8

    Kook matig vir 2 ure op lae hitte. Aan die einde, kook om die vloeistof te verminder en dik te word

    Bedien met rys of naan

  10. 10

    Naan resep:
    2 Koppies Self-raising flour
    1 koppie double cream, plain Joghurt.
    Knippie sout.
    Rol uit en bak in n droë pan.
