Serves 1 serving
  1. 1cooked crêpe
  2. 3/4 ozdark chocolate (about 20 grams)
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsheavy cream (about 2 cl)
  4. Sliced almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your crêpe batter and cook the crêpe for 1 minute on each side.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the cream using a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Spread the chocolate inside the crêpe and/or on the outside (for extra indulgence, do both).

  4. 4

    Sprinkle a few sliced almonds on top.
