Paneer Babycorn Potato (Mixed Veg) Chilli is a delicious mouth watering dish that is inspired with the Asian sauces using Indian ingredients. It is an easy and quick recipe that can be made at home. It makes a great appetizer for parties. It can be part of kids tiffin and can be had for lunch or dinner. It can be served with other Indo Chinese dishes like fried rice or noodles.

For preparing the batter, in a large mixing bowl, add the flour, chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste/sauce, corn flour, black pepper powder and salt. Add water and mix until well combined. The paste should not be too thick or too thin.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Dip the baby corn, paneer and potato in the prepared batter and fry till golden brown in color. Remove on a plate and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium flame. Add the finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté for few seconds.

Add the chopped white onion part of spring onions and sauté for a minute.

Next add the cubed onion and all the three red, yellow and green bell peppers and sauté on high flame for a minute.

Reduce the flame to low and add kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, powdered sugar, salt and sesame seeds and sauté for few seconds.

In a small bowl add all the ingredients mentioned under “Sauces”. Mix well and add it to the pan. Sauté on low flame for about 2 to 3 minutes.

In a small bowl add corn flour and water and mix well. Add it to the pan and mix it well.

Now add all the fried paneer, baby corn and potatoes and toss until well combined. Cook on low flame for few minutes until the sauce is absorbed by the fried vegetables.

Garnish with chopped greens of spring onions, roasted sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and off the flame.

Super Delicious Mouth Watering Mixed Veg Chilli Starter is ready. Serve it immediately as a starter or with other Indo Chinese dishes like fried rice or noodles.
