Steps

Make sugar syrup from Sugar and water.
Turn off flame and add cardamom powder and rose essence. Mix it. - 2
Take jamun premix and add milk. Knead it and make samll balls. (Remain dough cover with cloth and knead it before making ball)
Deep fry it in hot oil on slow falme. - 3
Let it cool. Now deep it in Sugar syrup to absorb.

If you want to eat hot take it with sugar syrup and microwave it or heat on stove. If you want to eat cold in fridge it.
