I was hungry, I thought within myself how I could make a fast but yet cheap lunch. I had gesha at home, so I reasoned within, what would I make out of gesha? 🤔

Mix the tomato paste with in a bowl, set aside.

Pour palm oil into the pot on low flame and let it bleach abit, add in onions, salt and pour in the tomato paste

Stir and allow to fry. Add pepper, Crayfish,maggi and salt.
Add gesha and the little water inside the canned gesha. Stir softly so the gesha dont scatter - 4
Cover. Reduce flame 🔥 and add water so it can boil in and kill the sour taste from the tomato paste.
Minutes later, stir and set aside.
Gesha stew is ready!
Serve with white rice
