Wash and soak your rice for some hours or overnight

Add in cooked rice, yeast and blend it with lil amount of water till smooth, add yeast keep it in a warm place and let it rice for some time

After rises, add in baking powder, salt, sugar and stir you can add water to the mixture if your batter is to thick

Heat the masa pan under low heat and spoon some oil in each section of the pan

Add the masa batter half in each section, add your minced meat then add the batter again till full, let it cook before turning to the other side

Turn it to the other side allow it to cook till golden brown, serve and enjoy 😉

You can serve it with your desire soup
