Take a tawa pour some butter and oil fry your biryani rice(basmati rice) 3cups.fry it for few seconds then dipped in cool water for 20minutes.

Next step cut your all vegetable cut into squre shape. Keep it aside.

Take a tawa pour some refined oil fry jeera green chilli, and take one by one dry masala fry it and mix ginger paste then fry onion and other vegetables, add little bit of red chilli powder, Biryani masala
And add your one glass milk add (rose petals) add one and half teaspoon salt add your?soaked basmati rice drain all the waters. (Biryani rice) and mix inti your milk and vegetable mix add remain 2glass of water. Then keep it in electrical cooker for 25minutes.First keep it in cooking mode. - 4
Then change in warm heating.

Add your sota chunks dipped in hot water and mix with your Biryani mix.

Take cauliflower, potato, peas cut into square types place a kadai pour some water bowl it by adding salt, ginger (few) haldi. Let them boil nicely.

Take onion cut into slices then add your boiled cauliflower, potato,tomato (cut)take a kadai pour some refined oil, pour jeera, green chilli, then add your all materials,one by one then add your remaining vegetable then immediately add subji masala salt let them fry into golden fry then, enjoy with your Biryani rice..
