Line a small loaf tin - 8x26cm works

Put the chocolate, butter and cream in a bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water.

Take off the heat. Add the icing sugar and ginger and nuts. Stir.

Spoon into the lined tin. Put in the fridge to set. When you’re ready to eat, dust with cacao powder and slice. Enjoy 😋
